Shelter is located in Echols Middle School. Entrance to the shelter is located on 24th street beside the school. It is also at the site of the old Tuscaloosa County High School.

SHELTER WILL ONLY BE OPEN OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL HOURS AND DURING THE MOST EXTREME WEATHER SITUATIONS. During school hours the shelters are open for students, faculty, and staff.

Rules: No Beds, No Pets, No Smoking, No Drugs or Alcoholic Drinks, No Weapons, and Anyone under the age of 12 has to be accompanied by an adult.
